Prosperia ($PROS) — Official Vesting Terms
Effective Date: 2025
1. Overview
This 24-Month Token Lockup Policy outlines the rules, conditions, and obligations governing all purchases of $PROS made during the current offering phase.
By completing a purchase, the buyer fully agrees to the terms described in this policy.
All acquired tokens are locked for 24 months and are not delivered at the time of checkout. Instead, they are stored securely in the Prosperia Vesting Treasury Wallet until the designated unlock date.
2. Purpose of the Lockup
The 24-month vesting period is designed to:
- Maintain long-term ecosystem stability
- Prevent short-term market manipulation or volatility
- Strengthen the Prosperia Reserve and asset-backed model
- Protect early supporters and the long-term valuation of $PROS
- Support Prosperia’s future ISO 20022–aligned financial infrastructure
- Ensure $PROS evolves from meme → utility → asset-backed stability
The lockup period is essential to maintaining trust, transparency, and responsible growth.
3. Vesting & Delivery Structure
When a user purchases $PROS:
- The transaction is processed through secure checkout.
- The buyer provides their Solana wallet address at checkout.
- The buyer agrees to this 24-month lockup policy via required checkbox.
- The purchased allocation is recorded in the Prosperia Vesting Ledger.
- Tokens are stored in the Vesting Treasury Wallet for the full duration.
- Tokens are automatically released after 24 months (or via batch release).
📌 No tokens are issued at the time of purchase.
4. Unlock Date
The unlock date is calculated as:
Purchase Date + 24 Months = Token Release Date
After reaching the unlock date:
- Tokens are transferred to the wallet address submitted at checkout
- Transfers may occur individually or in batch depending on network load
- Users will receive a notification confirming successful delivery
Prosperia is not responsible for tokens sent to an incorrectly provided wallet address.
5. Wallet Requirements
Buyers must provide a valid Solana wallet address, such as:
- Phantom
- Solflare
- Backpack
- Ledger (Solana account)
The buyer is responsible for ensuring:
- The wallet address is correct
- The wallet remains accessible in 24 months
- The wallet supports SPL tokens
Prosperia is not liable for lost access, compromised wallets, or unsupported wallets.
6. Non-Transferability During Lockup
During the 24-month period:
- Tokens cannot be transferred
- Tokens cannot be accessed or withdrawn
- Token ownership remains recorded but not deliverable
- Purchases cannot be reversed after confirmation
- Purchases cannot be converted into other tokens or assets
Your vesting allocation remains fixed and secure until release.
7. Vesting Ledger & Transparency
All $PROS locked allocations are recorded in the Prosperia Vesting Ledger, which includes:
- Buyer’s unique vesting ID
- Purchase date and unlock date
- Allocation amount
- Wallet address on file
- Transaction confirmation
The ledger is managed securely and may be periodically published for community transparency.
8. Modification of Terms
Prosperia reserves the right to adjust this lockup policy if:
- Required by global regulatory changes
- Necessary for security or compliance
- Blockchain protocol changes require it
Any update will be announced publicly and applied fairly and transparently.
9. Compliance & Regulatory Notes
This policy follows international best practices for:
- AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
- KYC (Know Your Customer)
- Digital asset offering compliance
- Non-securities consumer protection standards
Prosperia does not guarantee token value, returns, or appreciation.
10. Legal Disclaimer
Purchasing $PROS indicates acknowledgment that:
- $PROS is a digital ecosystem participation token
- It is not an investment contract or security
- It does not guarantee profit or dividends
- Buyers participate voluntarily and at their own risk
- Cryptocurrency markets are volatile
- Buyers should conduct their own due diligence
Prosperia and its affiliates are not liable for losses arising from market conditions or user wallet mismanagement.
11. Acceptance of Policy
By purchasing $PROS, the buyer confirms:

✔ They agree to the 24-month lockup
✔ They understand tokens are delivered only after the unlock date
✔ They accept all risks and conditions
A mandatory checkbox at checkout will serve as legal confirmation.
